Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Process

  2. Exchange Authorization: Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 30 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
